Stephanie's Jewellers is committed to your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases) In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to cancel any online purchase within 5 business days of receiving your order, without penalty. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may return it within 8 business days of purchase for a replacement, repair, or full refund — as required by the CPA. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving a defective item.
General Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective. Custom or personalised orders are also non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return Email us at info@stephaniesjewellers.co.za with your invoice number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
