Shipping Policy

Stephanie's Jewellers is committed to getting your order to you safely and on time.

Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery We deliver nationwide across South Africa via PUDO courier. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Rates

• Free delivery on all orders over R1,000
• R75 flat rate on orders under R1,000

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your PUDO waybill number via WhatsApp or email so you can track your delivery.
